This policy explains what happens to your personal information when you visit drlionellamoraes.com or contact Dr. Lionella Moraes through it. The short version: this website does not use cookies, does not track you, and does not store what you type into the enquiry form.

What this website collects

• The enquiry form. The form does not send anything to this website. When you press "Send via WhatsApp" or "send by email", your own WhatsApp or email app opens with your message already written, and you choose whether to send it.
• Cookies and tracking. None. There are no advertising pixels and no analytics cookies. Fonts are served from this website, not from a third party.
• Server logs. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any website, the host processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect against abuse. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Images from Unsplash. Three photographs in the Services section load from Unsplash, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.

When you contact us

If you send a message by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and the content of your message. We use them only to reply to you and to arrange and manage your appointment. WhatsApp messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Please do not send detailed medical information through the website form, WhatsApp or email. Your health information is best discussed in your consultation, where it is recorded in your clinical file and protected by the confidentiality rules that apply to health data in the UAE.

How long we keep enquiries

Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted when they are no longer needed to answer you. Patient records are kept for the period required by UAE health regulations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for marketing. It is shared only where needed to provide your care, for example with a referring specialist with your agreement, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where the law allows. Write to lionellamoraes@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as we can.
